How much is shipping, and how long does delivery take?
We offer a $10 flat rate for standard shipping nationwide, and an Express Post option for $15.
Enjoy free standard shipping when the order is over $50.
We typically fulfil orders within 2 business days via Australia Post. Standard Parcel Post takes 2–6 business days to arrive, while Express Post takes 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship orders within Australia and not offer international delivery.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your AusPost tracking number and link. Alternatively, you can log into your account at any time to retrieve your tracking details directly from your order history.
Do you offer click-and-collect or local pick-up?
At this stage, we do not offer a click-and-collect or local pickup service from our Melbourne studio. All orders are safely dispatched via tracked AusPost services.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You are covered by our very own 40 Days and 40 Nights Guarantee.
If for any reason you don't enjoy your items or they aren't what you hoped for, we will gladly arrange an exchange, return or refund for you within 40 days.
Simply reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.
What if my size doesn't fit?
Don't worry! We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your gear. We offer hassle-free exchanges within 40 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
Just reach out through our Contact us page, and we’ll help you get the perfect fit right away! (Note: This excludes personalised items, which cannot be exchanged unless faulty).
Can I return a personalised or custom-engraved item?
Because custom-engraved items are crafted uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised products unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect.
Engraving & personalisation
How does personalisation work?
We offer complimentary precision laser engraving on most of our leather products. Simply choose a preset message or enter your own custom text on the product page before adding it to your cart. The laser etching creates a beautiful, permanent dark mark on the surface of the leather. Please note: Engraving on Navy leather is highly subtle due to low colour contrast and is generally not recommended.
Can I choose my own font for engraving?
Our default engraving font is Cormorant Garamond, an elegant serif font beautifully suited to premium leather. To maintain a consistent, high-quality aesthetic across our range, we do not offer alternative font options at this time.
Why is there a character limit on custom messages?
To ensure perfect proportions, spacing, and legibility, each product has specific character limits tailored to its engraving area. Please refer to individual product pages for details.
What kind of custom message can I write?
Popular choices include initials, significant dates, favourite Scripture verses, or encouraging personal notes. As a faith-based brand, we kindly reserve the right to review custom entries to ensure they align with our community values.
Do you offer gold or silver foil debossing?
No, we do not offer gold or silver foil debossing at this time. We intentionally choose laser engraving and blind debossing (stamping without color), because foil stamping naturally wears away and rubs off over time with daily use. Both laser etching and blind debossing ensure your personalisation remains completely permanent and durable.

We are based in Melbourne, Australia, where all our products are designed and finished.
Are your products made in Australia?
All our leather goods are proudly handcrafted in Australia using premium, ethically sourced local and international leather. Our apparel products are designed and printed in-house in Melbourne on high-quality garment blanks sourced overseas.

No, we are an independent, faith-based brand and are not officially affiliated with any specific church or Christian denomination. While our personal theological background is Evangelical, our mission is simply to spark meaningful conversations, point people to the Word of God, and encourage believers from all backgrounds to boldly live out their faith.
Do you offer bulk discounts for churches or small groups?
Yes! We love partnering with faith communities, ministries, and groups. While our standard store automatically offers a 12% discount for orders of 3+ items, please Contact us directly for larger custom quantities or specific ministry group orders.
Can you create a custom design for my group or church order?

How does the 5% mission donation work?

What is the fit like for your t-shirts and hoodies?

Where can I find washing and care instructions for apparel?

Do you use genuine leather?
Absolutely. We exclusively use premium full-grain leather for all our goods to ensure maximum character, durability, and a beautiful natural patina over time.
How do I care for my leather product?
Full-grain leather is incredibly resilient and naturally develops character over time. To keep your leather items looking their best, avoid prolonged exposure to water and condition the surface every 6–12 months with a high-quality leather balm or cream, if needed.
