How much is shipping, and how long does delivery take?
We offer a $10 flat rate for standard shipping Australia-wide, and an Express Post option for $15.
Enjoy free standard shipping for orders over $50.
We typically fulfil orders within 2 business days via Australia Post. Standard Parcel Post takes 2–6 business days to arrive, while Express Post takes 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship orders within Australia and do not offer international shipping.
What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange any standard item within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, unworn condition. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please Contact us ASAP so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Note that because custom-engraved items are crafted uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised products unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect.

All our leather goods are proudly handcrafted in Australia using premium, ethically sourced local and international leather. Our apparel products are designed and printed in-house in Melbourne on high-quality garment blanks sourced overseas.
